Booklet Tips – 1 Booklet, 5 PDF’s
Since a guidebook is already a small (and yet powerful!) Release, how does it seem possible to break it up into even smaller parts that could be useful at all? The answers may surprise you when you see how to create a booklet and expand your reach with minimal effort. Sounds always better, right?
For example, suppose you completed your booklet with 52 tips on how to proceed, or 101 tips or any number of tips you've encountered in your area of expertise. And you understandably feel pretty good about it. (It's not necessary to discuss how long this was on your to-do list, your secret is safe here and now you can delete this entry from your list and feel even better.) The Word document consists of 3,000 words. instead of a full-length book and you have something that's almost done.
It was probably hard to decide which pearls of wisdom you should share, as you have so much knowledge about your subject. Many authors of brochures have the same challenge. And meanwhile, you also ask yourself how best to present the written and visual components of the booklet so that it is well-designed and appropriate on the cover and content.
The good news now is that you have a booklet with tips for giving, selling, or both. The fact is that you actually have more than one publication in this 16-page booklet. For now, let's say you have five, although you may have more, depending on a few things. Five?? Hard to imagine, right?
Look at your content. If you have divided your content into sections, there are ideally 10 to 15 tips per section. You've probably heard of tips or top-ten lists, or a variant you've already created, or even started creating a booklet. If you start with these, why is it useful to divide this booklet with a tip and to use four individual PDF files with 10-15 tips each?
ACTION – There are a few reasons and ways to use smaller sections, regardless of whether you have divided the booklet into four or more sections. At the moment it is four
smaller. Once you think about it, you'll probably find more applications that best suit you, your business and your purposes.
- Only provide prospective buyers with a section as an example of the brochure.
- Use different sections as bonus items to shop or subscribe to your list.
- As a licensing example, send a PDF document with a narrow topic from your brochure to a bulk buyer in a niche market.
- Share shorter PDFs with online / offline journalists to republish them. it supports you and helps you.
- Send a different PDF Brochure section to your list each calendar quarter to stay in touch.
- Create other products from short PDF files, such as Audio / video interviews
Plan a plan for yourself and add other uses that are unavoidable. Once you've created a booklet and made several products out of it, just break down and roll the original effort. It's that easy.
